Each unit is manufactured completely of steel and welded together for optimum strength. We use HSS (Hollow Structural Steel) to maximize strength while keeping overall unit weight to a minimum. The deck is a 3/16 solid steel diamond plate design that offers plenty of space as well as being very rugged. High strength air craft wire rope is used on both manual and optional powered winch versions.
The rear pivot assembly is also a solid
steel welded design that requires no maintenance. The front of each
platform is fitted with safety traveling pins that tie all sections
of the frame and deck together to ensure the load is supported by
more than the wire rope and winches.
Each unit comes standard with 14 rims and tires, 1 7/8 ball hitch,
pivoting tongue jack with wheel, deck welded load tie down hooks,
and of coarse all units are completely wired with running, reverse
and brake lighting. The unit was designed and is manufactured in
